Ruitai Quality Control
Quality Control
Manufacture Parts with High Accuracy

To ensure the precision of the incoming materials, prototypes, and series production, there are mainly 5 steps of quality checking Ruitai takes:

Raw Materials Checking. It’s also called IQC(incoming quality checking). As to all the raw materials, we would test them to check whether they meet the industry standard.

In-process Inspection. For the first batch of samples, the quality would closely carry out quality inspection. Throughout the process, the Ruitai team would also conduct sampling tests.

Final Inspection. Before delivery, every part would be tested to ensure that 100% of them meet the standard of our clients.

Testing Reports. The Ruitai team would test the finished parts again and report the data.

Equipment Checking. The checking equipment would be calibrated regularly.

In addition to the above five steps to ensure the accuracy and quality of the raw materials, prototypes and series production, we have other guarantees: A Highly Coordinated Team and Advanced Quality Equipment.

  • A Highly Coordinated Team

A Highly Coordinated Team

As you know, internal coordination will greatly affect the progress of the ongoing project. If it is messy, it will inevitably lead to confusion, late lead time, and inaccuracies in the project.

After 10 years of exploration, we have turned into a highly coordinated team. The communication and project management among the production, engineering, and the sales departments are mature enough to bring every project into a sucess. If there are any unknown problems in the project, we can solve them quickly instead of shirking each other’s responsibilities. If you want to know any detail of the project, we will give you a quick feedback within 2 hours.

Being a highly coordinated team gives us the motivation and confidence to bring your unique drawings into high-performance parts.

Coordinate Measuring Machine

As a measuring tool, CMM plays a role in checking the precision of the parts. Its touching probe tests the size and shape of the parts along with the X, Y, and Z-axis. It consists of points, circles, cylinders, and so on.

The probe will send an electrical sign when it is almost touching one point of the part. Though measuring several points measuring, we get the final data of the part. And CMM has a wide application in CNC machining and molding.

  • Projector-Quality Control

Projector

It is a quality inspection tool that works by enlarging the outline of the part. It measures the center position with on-screen X, Y, and Z axes, aligning with the straight edge of parts to get the exact data.

It is a functional and convenient tool to inspect the tolerance of the machined parts.

Height Gauge

Height gauge is a tool for measuring the height of the parts. It’s also a useful way to mark the surface of the objects and parts. For example, when we need to process the parts with a specific size, we can use a height gauge to leave marks on them.

  • X-Ray Fluorescence

X-Ray Fluorescence

As a non-destructive analysis method, XRF uses X-ray to test the chemical element of the materials. Many materials are impure on the market.

And XRF is an effective and useful tool to check the materials whether are pure like aluminum, stainless steel, and brass.

Vernier Caliper

Vernier caliper is an easy-to-use tool, which measures the parts in linear dimensions. We can get the measurement by using the final markings on a linear dimension.

It is often applied to measure the diameters of round and cylindrical parts. For the engineers, it is convenient to take and check the small parts.
