One of the metal 3D Printing Mold technologies:
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) was initially suggested by Carl Deckard of the University of Texas in Austin in his master’s thesis in 1989.
From the laser sintering of this chosen area, the metallurgical mechanism utilized is that the liquid phase sintering mechanism. During the forming process, the wax substance partly melts, the powder particles maintain their strong stage center, and are accomplished by following good stage particle rearrangement and liquid phase solidification bonding.
In 1992, DTM Company of the USA launched the industrial manufacturing gear Sinter Sation of this procedure.
Germany’s EOS has also done a great deal of research work within this discipline and developed a collection of molding equipment.
Domestically, for example, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Northwestern Polytechnical University, North University of China, and Beijing Longyuan Automatic Molding Co., Ltd., etc., several units completed SLS related study work, as well as achieved significant consequences.
Along with 3D printing technologies, our company is principally engaged in ABS Prototype,
CNC Chrome Plated Stainless Steel.
